Processing
All glass requires processing.
Glass panels measuring 6000 x 3210 mm are delivered multiple times a day to our glass factory. When handling with glass panels of such large dimensions, some form of processing is always necessary.
Cutting tables
It begins at one of our 4 cutting tables. We have invested in high-quality cutting tables to ensure that the glass starts off well. The cutting tables, equipped with diamond cutting heads, ensure that the glass is cut to the desired lengths and widths with razor-sharp edges.

Cutouts, Holes, and Corners
Whether you need shapes, holes, side notches, or rounded corners, we have the machine for it. Our fully automated processing machines can ensure precision and accuracy in the desired customisation.

Holes
We can create holes in float glass, toughened glass, laminated glass, and toughened laminated glass, typically used for mounting purposes.
Corner Notch
Corner notches can be created on float glass, toughened float glass, laminated glass, and toughened laminated glass.
Side Notch
Side Notch can be made on float glass, toughened glass, laminated glass, and toughened laminated glass. They are typically used for fittings.
Round Corner
We have the option to round corners on float glass, toughened float glass, laminated glass, and toughened laminated glass. Rounded corners give the glass a softer visual appearance.
Internal Cutouts
We make internal cutouts to specification on float glass, toughened float glass, laminated glass, and toughened laminated glass. The internal corners are always rounded.
