Lamination
Our high-quality Toughened Laminated Glass always start with Toughened Glass to minimise the risk of delamination.
Laminated glass consists of two or three panes of glass laminated together using one or more layers of foil. The lamination process occurs under heat and pressure, where the foil adhere to the glass panes.
In the event of a break, the glass fragments in laminated glass are held in place by the foil. The foil can be clear, matt or colored, with sound-absorbing properties or added strength.
