IGU Production
A individual glazed unit consist of 2- or 3-layer glass with an air gap. The glass layers are tightly assembled around a spacer profile. Double and triple-glazed units can serve various purposes, which requiring specific constructions. Regardless of the purpose or construction, we can produce double and triple-glazed units.
All our double and triple-glazed units come standard with energy glass, and the cavities are filled with argon gas, which retains heat and is both invisible and non-toxic. In a standard thermal unit, heat loss is reduced by approximately 0.2 W/m2K when using argon gas instead of atmospheric air in the cavity. This loss is significantly reduced with the use of energy-efficient glass in conjunction with argon gas. With gas in the cavity, air circulation - convection - within the unit is reduced, causing the room's heat to take longer to transfer from the warm glass to the outer cold glass.
Thermo Line 1 - Bystronic
The newest thermal line, where the Super Spacer® T-SpacerTM Premium Plus spacer profile is automatically applied. Read more about Super Spacer® here. This machine is highly suitable for large-format thermal units, as it can handle glass sizes up to 3210 mm x 6000 mm!

Thermo Line 3
The thermal line is not a machine but relies on traditional manual labor. We assemble the double- and triple-glazed unit ourselves, that cannot produced on the machines. This includes thermal floor glass or double-glazed units in special shapes.
