Storgata 1 will become the new focal point in the heart of Sandefjord. Offices, meeting rooms, common areas, and terraces are designed with a commitment to creating an inspiring workspace and an optimally healthy working environment. The building now features a wider and larger floor plan, a new façade, and an additional 6th floor.

For this project, we supplied MicroShade® façade glass, consisting of triple glazing with Super Spacer®—in sizes up to 3 meters in height.

This façade glass solution was chosen to achieve optimal solar control while ensuring workplace well-being and an excellent indoor climate with maximum natural daylight. It also minimizes energy consumption for ventilation and cooling, thanks to the shading's efficiency.
