Mikado House

Coworking space with 700 workstations

Mikado House is a multi-user building offering office leases and retail spaces, situated in the University Quarter—Copenhagen’s emerging IT and media hub.

The building accommodates approximately 700 workstations, where knowledge sharing and networking are key aspects of the corporate culture. Its open, spacious rental areas are arranged around a central atrium, fostering a collaborative environment. Here, companies have access to attractive shared facilities, including a canteen, meeting centre, café, and lounge area, all of which encourage collaboration, networking, and synergy throughout the building. This design creates a dynamic work environment defined by diversity, creativity, and the exchange of ideas, which is why we refer to it as a “network house.”

The office areas are positioned around the atrium in a U-shape and extend across four floors, each with dedicated reception areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and service hubs. The building’s flexible leasing is structured around this layout, with central lifts and main stairways ensuring efficient access and flow.
