Spacers
We have a wide range of high-quality spacer profiles. Our profile selection ranges from the most innovative profile available on the market, such as Super Spacer® to the handcrafted Chromatech steel and Ultra S profiles.
Super Spacer® T-Spacer™ Premium Plus
Spacer profiles, also known as the spacer, offers exceptional quality, energy efficiency, and design flexibility. The Spacer is a soft and malleable material that allows us to work with high precision in production, regardless of the size of the product.
Better insulation value
- Warm edge technology provides enhanced insulation performance and lower edge values, also known as PSI value.
- It meets passive house standards by reducing U-values by up to 0.2W/m2K.
Higher visual quality aesthetics
- Perfectly sharp and nearly invisible corner joints. The spacer is a soft and malleable material that allows us to work with high precision in production, regardless of the product size.
- Two different profile widths in the same unit are also an option.
- In triple-glazed units, the profiles appear uniform.
- There is no risk of dust, dirt, or plastic residues within the unit, unlike more traditional profiles filled with desiccant The result is flawless glass.
- It is easier and safer to work with in production compared to other profile types that are typically assembled manually.
Design flexibility
- Ideal for custom solutions. Only one right angle (90°) is required for the model.
Longer lifespan against condensation
- Reduces condensation by up to 80%.*

Chromatech
The classic profiles in two high-quality variants.
The ultimative warm edge solution when aiming for the lowest U-values. A more stable hybrid warm edge profile for the most demanding applications.
Chromatech Ultra S is a modern warm edge hybrid profile made from rigid plastic and a fine stainless steel structure. Ths special construction gives the profile excellent bending properties, high frame stability, and U-values at the lower end of the scale.
Chromatech Ultra's excellent bending properties do not compromise on quality and durability. The plastic surface is very hard and resistant to cold, making it almost impossible to separate the corners, ensuring stable corners.
CHROMATECH is the traditional 6,5 mm warm edge profile from 0,18 mm stainless steel.
A classic profile resembling an aluminium profile in shape and appearance. It acheives 25 – 40% less heat loss in the edge zone as a direct result of a lower thermal conductivity coefficient and reduced material thickness. This benefits both energy efficency and the environment.
