AGC Pyrobelite®
Protection against flames, smoke, and heat radiation
Pyrobelite® is laminted glass constructed with a clear interlayer that becomes a rigid and opaque fire barrier at around 120 degree Celsius. This helps to keep heat radiation at a very low and safe level and meets the integrity criteria of EN 1363.
- Fire class EW30
- 30 minutes integrity
- Meets the safety glazing requirements according to DS/EN 12600
- Available only in single glazing for interior solutions
- Can be used in wooden and steel racks
AGC Pyrobelite® can be used for interior solutions and can be incorporated into double-glazed units along with laminated outer glass.
It can be combined with our other functional glass for thermal insulation, solar control, acoustic, personal safety, security, self-cleaning, and printed glass.
AGC Pyrobelite® is available in 7,9 mm and meets the requirements for reduced radiation (class EW).
