Upon receiving an application and attachments, the submitted materials are reviewed by the relevant manager to respond to and assess the content of a defined job. The application and attachments are shared internally with relevant individuals in the recruitment process and are not disclosed to anyone outside the company. The application and attachments are stored until the right candidate is found, and the recruitment process is completed. After this, the application and attachments will be deleted. For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted. If the application and attachments are to be stored for more than 6 months, separate consent will be obtained from the candidate.
